asia-zach.gifKim Khan Zaki ‘Zig Zach’ enters the competition as the third competitor after triumphing at the WMC Superfights World Muay Thai Heavyweight Grand Prix in Singapore. Growing up in Singapore there were no Muay Thai gyms and after seeing Muay Thai live for the first time in Thailand he immersed himself in as many books, websites and videos as he could until he came across a new Muay Thai gym in Singapore. After dislocating his shoulder at the age of 18 at the Amateur World Tournament, injury gave Zach the determination to train at the World Muay Thai Council in Thailand for six months. On his return to Singapore, Zach set up his own personal training center, training others in the art of Muay Thai and fought in other competitions, making it to the quarter finals of the IFMA Amateur World Tournament in Kazakhstan and winning the World Muay Thai Council Muay Thai Against Drugs Challenge. Zach has 16 fights under his belt, 11 of which he has won. He is also Singapore’s only entrant into the competition.
